We are pleased to announce that Sabina Pettitt, the creator of Pacific Essences will be giving a 2 day workshop in France on 26-27 May 2007. The Pacific Essences were created in 1983 in the north-west of Canada. In 1985 Sabina was the first person to make essences from the plant and animal life of the sea. The Pacific range includes 48 flower essences and 24 sea essences.
In addition to her role as essence maker, Sabina is also a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, an acupuncturist, and a teacher of Pranic Healing. She has spent over 20 years researching and integrating the wisdom and knowledge of eastern medicine with flower essences.
Dates and location
The workshop will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May 2007 in the Pays de Gex (Ain), which is at the foot of the Jura mountains, 10 minutes from Geneva on the Swiss border. Participants coming from outside the region are asked to arrive on Friday night so that the workshop can begin promptly at 9.30 on Saturday morning. The workshop will take place
Price and registration
The cost for the 2 day workshop, lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday is 250 €. Accommodation is not included. To sign up for the workshop, please fill in the attached form and return it with a 50 € deposit. The fee for the workshop should be paid in full by 15 May 2007.
Accommodation
We have pre-reserved a number of rooms at hôtel Bois Joly, Route du Télécabine, 01170 Crozet (www.boisjoly.com). The price for a single room is 49 €, for a double room 52 € (26 € per person). Breakfast is 6.50 €. Please reserve your room through us, indicating how many nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and if you want a single room or would like to share a room with another participant.

The workshop will be a combination of lectures and experiential learning.
Translation into French will be provided by Dominique Le Bourgeois who has completed the Pacific Essences Energy Medicine Training in Canada and uses the Pacific Essences in her flower essence practice.
Travel
Those traveling by car can establish an itinerary for themselves at www.via-michelin.fr (the exact location of the workshop will be communicated later, the Hôtel Bois Joly is in Crozet (01170). You can travel by train or TGV to Bellegarde (France) or Geneva (Switzerland). It is also possible to fly to Geneva, particularly with Easyjet from Paris or Nice.
