The Ile de Lumière essences come from my garden. I have been working with the land since 1984 and particularly over the last 20 years. I learned to communicate and co-create with Nature here, thanks to the Perelandra Processes of Machaelle Small Wright. Since 2002 this work has deepened and expanded. I am very grateful to the land and the many Beings, visible and invisible, animate and inanimate, that inhabit it. These are their essences.

The Ile de Lumière Essences include 9 individual essences and 3 combination essences. They are stabilised with red shiso (perilla frutescens) that is also grown here in the garden. I made 6 of these essences for the first time in 2002 but they were for me, not for sharing. Then in May 2009 I knew that Nature was ready to offer her essences to the world and the Ile de Lumière Essences were born.

The Ile de Lumière essences resonate with the number 3 and multiples of 3. There are 9 individual essences (3x3) and 3 combination essences composed of 3 essences each. Three is the number of unity: the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Ghost); Body, Mind and Spirit; or conscious, subconscious, superconscious. In the number 3 we recognise how the joining together of the parts creates the whole, we recognise our unity with the various part of ourselves, with others, with the other kingdoms (animal, mineral, vegetable as well as angelic, devic, elemental). These essences represent unity, and harmony and helping each other - all qualities that are needed in today’s world. It’s with great pleasure that I present them to you.

Ensemble - Together (rosa Ghislaine de Féligonde)
We are all connected to each other through visible and invisible means. We belong to many groups on many levels. This essence helps us find our place within the groups (family, professional, social, and others) that are part of our existence on Earth.
Everyone in their place, working together, according to their highest potential. We need to find our place within each group, assume our role and let others do the same. With this comes the realisation that we are all ONE, all together, never alone.

Courage (pterocarya fraxinifolia)
Life is full of challenges. This essence gives us the courage to face our fears and accept the changes that are an integral part of our evolution as individuals. By eliminating our fears we see beyond the present situation and enlarge our notion of reality.
Courage essence helps us to align with our life purpose and our Higher Self. It eliminates fear that is blocking us and opens the way to love. It tells us that we are not alone but surrounded by angels who offer us help and comfort if only we think of asking them.

Humilité - Humility (centranthus rubur)
This essence holds the energy of humility which is both a virtue and a strength. It teaches us to honour ourselves and to respect each other regardless of where we are on our respective life paths.
It reminds us of the love that connects us and is available to us if we open our hearts to receive it.

Harmonie - Harmony (geranium psilostemon)
This essence carries the energy of harmony. It helps us to listen to our hearts and trust in our intuition. The harmony and balance that we all seek is to be found in the love of our hearts rather than in the confusion of our minds.
Harmony is a powerful force that pushes us forward on our path. When we are in harmony with ourselves, our lives are full of love and joy.

Choisir la paix - Choose peace (cladastris lutea)
To be at peace is a choice. When we choose peace we agree to rid ourselves of all the thoughts and emotions that no longer serve us. We agree to banish fear and let love enter our hearts and our minds. When we are in a state of inner peace we are both open to the world and closed to negative thoughtforms that seek to destroy our serenity.
Inner peace creates a space in which we can become the perfect beings that we are.

S'intégrer - Integration (geranium Johnson’s blue)
This essence helps us to integrate all aspects of our being, our strengths and our weaknessess, our light and our shadow. It aligns the etheric and astral bodies and helps us to reintegrate those parts of ourselves which have been blocked in the past or projected into the future.
It helps us free ourselves from karmic bonds as well as thoughts and emotions that do not belong to us.

Sécurité - Security (rosa the McCartney rose)
This essence brings comfort and security. It reminds us that we are safest when we are grounded and centered in our hearts. Approaching others with an open heart creates a bridge of love and understanding between people. It reminds us that we are all ONE and that our differences are only illusions.
When our consciousness expands across other realities and dimensions, Sécurité keeps us firmly anchored in the present and brings us back safe and sound.

Se protéger - Protection (medicago lupulina)
This essence creates a screen of golden light that protects us from energetic intrusions of all sorts and repairs holes in the aura. Everyday we are exposed to outside energies that can accumulate in our energy field, penetrate our subtle bodies and descend into our physical bodies, creating many problems. Protecting ourselves from these intrusions is part of a good energetic hygiene.

Générosité - Generosity (paeonia)
This essence opens us to the abundance that surrounds us but that we cannot see when we are so caught up in our own problems. By opening our hearts and centering ourselves in the present, without thought to the past or the future, we will perceive and receive abundance.
The more generous we are, the more we will receive. But generosity must be rooted in love and respect, not in neediness and despair.

Vivre heureux - Live happily (cladastris lutea, medicago lupulina, rosa the McCartney rose)
We all want to live happily. That does not mean that we all want the same things. We have our own life objectives, our desires to accomplish one task or another, and our person history which guide us. This combination essence helps us make our dreams come true and attain our highest potential by surrounding us with an energy of peace, protection and safety.

Namasté (centranthus rubur, pterocarya fraxinifolia, rosa Ghislaine de Féligonde)
Namasté is a Sanskrit word that means « I greet you in that place where you and I are one. » This combination essence helps us to realise that we are all different but the same. It instils a deep respect for others. It gives us the courage to push away our fears and take our place next to others, for the greater good of all.

Possibilités infinies - Infinite possibilities (geranium psilostemon, geranium Johnson’s blue, paeonia)
Life is a wonderful adventure filled with infinite possibilities that are constantly opening and closing around us. This combination helps us to find the balance needed to perceive the synchronicities that show us the way and to appreciate the miracles that result.

Directions for use: take 3, 6, or 9 drops, preferably 3 times a day, for 21 days, or follow your intuition or the advise of your health care practitioner.

China Essence The China Essence, the fourth essence in the Light Frequency range, was made in Hangzhou in the grounds of the Lingyin Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Soul’s Retreat). Hangzhou is a former capital of China and its rich history and culture can be traced back 8000 years. Around sections of this lake and in the temple grounds can be found the serenity and calmness that is the very essence of China. One of the main qualities of this Essence is to connect back to the feminine spirituality of the Earth. China has traditionally, and still today, best represents this aspect. The China Essence is linked with the Amazon Essence, and the effect of one is enhanced by the taking of the other. Both Essences take you beyond matter and integrate the divine masculine and feminine. These two remedies are about: engendering respect, balance, harmony and union at very deep levels. They both help strengthen our connection to Nature and the Earth. The China essence will also help deal with karma and guilt. Lake Baikal Essence To prepare the 5th Light Frequency Essence, Ian White travelled to Lake Baikal in the south-eastern part of Siberia. It is the world’s oldest and deepest freshwater lake and contains one-fifth of the world’s fresh water. Lake Baikal is slowly expanding and will eventually become the world’s fifth ocean, dividing Mongolia and Siberia. Baikal is one of the planet’s very sacred places and guards its ancient, spiritual energy very carefully. It is not an easy place to travel to. Lake Baikal, at its very deepest, is a portal between the worlds. The Lake Baikal Essence helps reunite the mental and emotional bodies; creates inner nurturing and healing; integrates one’s Divine masculine and feminine and can bring back joy to one’s heart and soul. It accelerates understanding and opening to the new energies of unity, co-operation and co-creation. It is a very special Essence. (back to top) Australian Bush workshops We are happy to announce that Ian White will be giving two workshops in France in June 2010. They will be in English with translation into French. The first is a Level 3 workshop on the Australian Bush Flower Essences (26-27 June). This is the final course in the Australian Bush Flower training which is necessary to become a confirmed ABFE therapist. This course has not been given in France since 2004. Prerequisite for this course: having attended a Level 1 course. The next Level 1 workshops in France and Switzerland will be in May. The second workshop, Spiritual Alchemy (28-29 June), will present the new Light Frequency Essences for the first time in France. There is no prerequisite for attending this workshop. These workshops are being organised by Association Essence de Vie - Centre de Thérapie Florale and Fleurs de Vie. We hope to have you with us for these workshops which will be held in France, next to the Suisse border with Geneva, 10 km from the Geneva airport.
