Fleurs de Vie commits not
to use the cookies for other purposes than the functioning of the online
ordering basket.
Next to all products that are sold by Fleurs de Vie is an "Order" icon (see opposite). To add this product to your shopping basket, click on the icon.
Shopping Basket - how to review items
If you click the "Review basket" (see opposite) icon in the frame at the top right corner and at the bottom of the page, you will be directed to a page where you can review the items you have chosen to purchase. From there, you will also be able to:
- change the quantity of items, or remove items from the basket;
- empty the basket;
- return to the Fleurs de Vie site and continue shopping;
- move to the cashier;
- see our terms and conditions as well as the amount of shipping charges.
When you are ready to confirm your order, click on the "Cashier"icon located at the top of the screen when you review the basket. You will be directed (secure connexion - you will be presented with a dialogue box informing you) to a form to confirm your order.
Fill-in the form, making sure that all data is correct and the fields showing in red (mandatory) are filled in.
When you are done, click on the "Next" icon in the right bottom corner of your screen. You will then be directed to a page giving you the following information:
- summary of your order;
- amount of shipping charges;
- total amount due
and from which you will be able to chose your method of payment.
Chosing your method of payment
Select one of the available options (see below) and click on the "confirm order" icon located in the right bottom corner of your screen to confirm.
- Credit Card - secured connexion: when you click on the "send order now" button, you will be directed to a page where you will be able fill in your credit card details (please note at this stage, you are already in secured connextion - since previous step). When you have finished, click on the "confirm order" button; you will be presented with a window that details your order reference - please print this page and keep it for your records.
- Credit card - by fax or mail: when you click on the "send order now" button, you will be presented with a form summarising your order. Print this form and fax it to number (33) 450 42 62 33 or send it by post to Fleurs de Vie, 500 Domaine des Bois, 01170 Echenevex, France, making sure you have filled in your credit card number, expiring date and signed the form before sending it !
- Cheque - drawn on French bank: when you click on the "send order now" button, you will be presented with a form summarising your order. Print this form and send it together with your cheque to Fleurs de Vie, 500 Domaine des Bois, 01170 Echenevex, France.
- International Money Order: when you click on the "send order now" button, you will be presented with a form summarising your order. Print this form and send it together with your international Money Order to Fleurs de Vie, 500 Domaine des Bois, 01170 Echenevex, France.
You can use the currency converter to estimate the amount of your currency. It is accessible from the review basket page or from the page where you chose your method of payment.
Please note however, that all prices are in Euros, and all payments must be made in Euros.
